Judo Tournament Manager Software

The Judo Tournament Manager Software is written for Microsoft Excel. The program will help you to:
- Create pool sheets for Round Robin divisions (2-5 players), modified or true double elimination (4, 8, 16 players), double repechage elimination (8, 16, 32 players) or single elimination (8 players). Up to 4 seeded athletes may be assigned in the Double elimination and Double repechage systems. The program employs the rules commonly used in the US for seeding athletes, byes, etc. The pool sheets are set up for immediate printing or for use electronically on a laptop at the tournament tables.
- Update results of matches electronically. The program automatically sends losers to the appropriate place in the losers’ bracket. Updating the results is very easy using drop-down menus. No typing needed.
- Create html pages for a complete list of brackets of the tournament and for the individual pool sheets for publishing on website. Saving the html files is quick and easy.
Three versions are available: Tournament Manager PLUSTM, Tournament 32 and Pools.
The Tournament Manager PLUSTM program allows tournament organizers to enter a complete list of competitors, choose the type of elimination system and define the divisions by age, gender, weight, and level (Novice/Elite). The program then sorts the competitors into their divisions and creates all pool sheets for the tournament.
Click on the images to view some of the screens of the Tournament Manager PLUSTM program:
The two other versions create the tournament pool sheets, one pool sheet at a time. The "Tournament32" Program should be used to create pool sheets for tournaments using the official IJF weight divisions.
The "Pools" Program should be used for tournaments using open definition of divisions ("Girls 1 Novice", "Boys 13-16 yrs old Light", etc.). It may be the best choice for small to medium size tournaments, where the divisions are not predetermined, and pooling is done based on "who shows up".
